Friends

By T. Edwin Hurd

Friends are hard to find these days

In a world in such a mess

With wars and lies

And famine and deceit

At each and every turn you think

Where are my friends today

A true friend is some one you can count on

When the time are really tough

They do not want your money

Your car or even a drink

They just want your love and friendship

That’s what really makes them
